1. General Provisions

  • This website (“Site”) is operated by Tanti Jewellery (Nalan Oğuz ve Ortakları). By using, visiting, or benefiting from the services of the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use in advance.
  • When using the Site, it is mandatory to act in accordance with applicable laws, morality, and public order.

2. Definitions

Service Provider, Seller: “Tanti Jewellery”

User: "Visitor" accessing the Site, "Member/Subscriber" registering, or "Buyer/Customer" making a purchase.

Products: Handmade silver jewelry, all physical and digital products and content, all types of services offered for sale through the Site.

3. Intellectual Property and Site Usage

  • All designs, logos, texts, graphics, all jewelry forms, and software codes on the Site are the exclusive property of Tanti Jewellery.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or commercial use (resale, competitor analysis, etc.) of all or part of the Site content is strictly prohibited.
  • User Content: While the intellectual property of comments and photos you submit to the Site remains yours, Tanti Jewellery has the right to use this content in promotional and marketing channels.

4. Membership, Account and Security

  • You can register as a member on the Site; it is mandatory to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during membership.
  • The User is personally responsible for the security of account information and passwords, and for all transactions made through the account. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the Service Provider/Seller must be immediately informed.

5. Order - Sales Conditions, Product Features and Payment

  • Orders: Orders are subject to the provisions of the Preliminary Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, and Subscription (Membership) Agreement on the Site.
  • Handmade Product Statement: Products are as shown in the images in the product descriptions and are of the size and quality specified in the descriptions. However, due to the handmade nature of the products, there may be minimal texture, form, and color differences compared to the visuals. This is not an error but a result of the unique nature of the product.
  • Payment transactions: Are carried out through secure payment infrastructures with international validity.
  • Customs and Tax:
    • For shipments within Turkey: All taxes are included in the price.
    • For shipments outside Turkey: Tax amounts applicable to some countries are added to the total in the shopping cart during payment. However, in accordance with the practices of local customs administrations, additional customs clearance or storage fees may rarely arise beyond the amounts collected at the time of payment; Tanti Jewellery cannot be held responsible for these fees.
      • Campaigns: If there is a special campaign where customs fees are covered by us, this will be clearly stated on the payment page.
      • Return Status: For packages not received due to unpaid customs duties and returned to Turkey, shipping costs, customs clearance expenses, and taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund amount to the Buyer.

  • Tanti Jewellery cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages that may arise from Site usage or technical malfunctions. Situations where the Site cannot be used temporarily due to technical reasons are considered outside the responsibility of the Seller.
  • The User is responsible for ensuring virus protection and software security on their own device.

9. Effectiveness and Authority

  • These Terms of Use become effective the moment the site is accessed.
  • Service Provider / Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change/update the Terms of Use; changes become effective upon upload to the site.
  • The User / Buyer / Customer agrees that their applications regarding disputes, complaints and objections arising from the Terms of Use will be made to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees located at the domicile of the Service Provider / Seller; in cases exceeding this, to the Consumer Courts at the location of the Service Provider / Seller.
