  • What metal are your products made from?

All our products are handcrafted using 925 sterling silver. Some parts of enamel-decorated products are made of pure silver (999 sterling). See: Hallmark

  • Can I personalize a purchased item or place a custom order?

You can personalize suitable items from our product range by changing their size or adding a date, inscription, etc. Alternatively, you can request a more personal design that aligns with our policies and production techniques. For this, please contact us.

  • Is it possible to use a different metal for custom orders?

Custom orders can be produced in 14, 18, 22, or 24 karat gold upon request.

  • How many days does it take to produce my purchased item? When will it be shipped?

  • How can I find out the size of the products?

Ring sizes for rings and chain lengths for necklaces are included in the product descriptions. Similarly, the dimensions of the pattern used on the pendant and ring, as well as the earrings, are also provided in the product descriptions.

  • How can I choose the correct ring size?

To find your ring size, please wrap a thin strip of paper or tape around your finger, then mark where the two ends meet with a pen. This measurement is the circumference of your finger. You should ensure it can comfortably pass over your knuckle. Measure the strip from the beginning to the marked spot (in mm). The number corresponding to your finger circumference in the ring size chart is your finger size.

Some of our rings are designed to be adjustable to fit any size.

If you provide an incorrect size, modifications can be made for a repair fee on products suitable for alteration. For more details on this: Repair and Restoration

  • Will my products tarnish? How should I store them?
