Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Subject of the Agreement

This agreement covers the rights and obligations regarding sales and delivery transactions conducted electronically over the internet between Tanti Jewellery (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider / Seller) and the User / Buyer / Customer who purchases products (whose characteristics and sales price are specified below) / services, within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The User / Buyer / Customer, by confirming the order, is deemed to have accepted to pay all fees, including the product price, delivery fee, and taxes.

Article 3 – Product Details and Pricing

  • The basic characteristics of the products are as published on the www.tantijewellery.com website.
  • Products are entirely handmade; each piece is unique. 
  • Due to the handmade nature of the products, there may be minimal differences in texture and form between the visuals and the delivered product. This is not a defect, but a result of the product's unique structure.
  • The sales prices of the products in Turkey, including all taxes, are as announced on www.tantijewellery.com. The announced prices and offers are valid until updated. Prices within the campaign are valid until the end of the campaign.

Article 4 – Order and Delivery

  • Except for exceptions, orders are delivered to the User / Buyer / Customer within the legal period of 30 days.

Exceptions:

1- The User / Buyer / Customer must obtain information from the Service Provider / Seller regarding the production time for partial personalization and/or entirely custom products. The product will be produced if the User / Buyer / Customer approves the production time and makes the payment. In this case, the delivery time is calculated in addition to the special production time approved by the User / Buyer / Customer.

2- If the product is out of stock, the Service Provider / Seller will inform the User / Buyer / Customer within 3 days and refund the collected amount within 14 days.

  • The Service Provider / Seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in sound, complete condition, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty documents/certificates.
  • During delivery, the User / Buyer / Customer is obligated to inspect the product. Damaged or incomplete products should not be accepted.
  • Delivered products must be kept with their packaging, accessories, and invoice.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the delivery fee belongs to the User / Buyer / Customer. Details: Shipping and Delivery Information

Article 5 – Payment Terms

  • Payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or other methods offered by the Service Provider / Seller.
  • If payment is not made, the Service Provider / Seller is not responsible for product delivery.
  • If, after delivery of the product, the bank fails to pay the product price due to unauthorized use of the User / Buyer / Customer's credit card by unauthorized persons, the User / Buyer / Customer is obligated to return the product to the Service Provider / Seller within 3 days.

Article 7 – Force Majeure

  • In cases beyond control such as earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, or problems with courier companies, the Service Provider / Seller may postpone or cancel delivery.
  • In this case, the User / Buyer / Customer may request to cancel the order or have the product replaced with an equivalent.

Article 8 – Resolution of Disputes

The User / Buyer / Customer agrees to submit their complaints and objections regarding disputes arising from this agreement to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees located at the domicile of the Service Provider / Seller; in cases exceeding their jurisdiction, to the Consumer Courts located at the place of business of the Service Provider / Seller. Article 9 – Enforcement

  • This agreement comes into effect upon the User / Buyer / Customer's approval of the order.
  • The agreement is binding from the moment it is approved online.
