Shipping & Delivery

Order Preparation:

Stock status is up to date.

  • Orders for in-stock products are prepared within 3-5 business days from payment confirmation;
  • Orders for out-of-stock but still available products are prepared within 14 business days.
  • In urgent cases, you can contact us to expedite the process.

 Packaging:

Products are appropriately packaged and sent in a bubble envelope or box, according to their nature and size.

The packaging and storage service required to present the product is included in the price.

Delivery Time:

Within Turkey:  May vary between 2-7 business days, depending on the chosen shipping company.

Outside Turkey: Estimated times are as follows.  Since our products are in the jewelry (precious metal/stone) category, customs inspection processes in some countries may rarely extend by +1 or +2 business days. Depending on your country of residence, delivery is generally not made on holidays and public holidays.

Shipping Fee and Method:

For shipments within Turkey:

  • Shipping fees are borne by the Buyer/Customer and are displayed during payment.
  • During our campaigns, shipping may be free (borne by the Seller). This information is stated in the Product Descriptions and displayed during payment.

For international shipments (outside Turkey):

  • Shipping fees are borne by the Buyer/Customer and are displayed during payment. The Buyer/Customer may choose Express or Standard Shipping.
  • During our campaigns, shipping may be free (borne by the Seller). This information and shipping method (Express-Standard) are stated in the Product Descriptions and displayed during payment.

Shipping Security:

Orders are sent via reliable shipping companies; a signature is obtained from the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery Address and Responsibility:

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer/Customer during the order. Tanti Jewellery is not responsible for delays or non-delivery that may occur due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

 Damaged or Missing Delivery:

If damage or shortage is noticed in the product packaging during delivery, do not accept the delivery and have the cargo official prepare a report. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have received the product in good and complete condition. 

In case of a damaged or missing product after delivery, you need to contact our customer services. After examination, a product replacement or refund will be processed. 

Tracking:

  • All orders are notified to the Buyer/Customer via e-mail or SMS with a shipping tracking number.
  • In case of any delivery problems, you can get support through our website or customer service.

Customs and Tax:

  • For shipments within Turkey: All taxes are included in the price.
  • For international shipments (outside Turkey): Tax amounts applicable to some countries are added to the basket total at the payment stage. However, in accordance with the practices of local customs administrations, additional customs clearance or storage fees may rarely arise besides the amounts collected at the time of payment; Tanti Jewellery cannot be held responsible for these fees.
    • Campaigns: If there is a special campaign where customs costs are covered by us, this will be clearly stated on the payment page.
    • Return Status: For shipments not collected due to unpaid customs duties and returned to Turkey; shipping costs, customs clearance expenses, and taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund amount to be made to the Buyer.
