Preliminary Information

1. This form determines the rights and obligations between Tanti Jewellery (Seller / Service Provider) and the User / Buyer / Customer who purchases goods/services through the website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts that they are subject to a total payment obligation, including the order price, delivery fee, and taxes.

The User /Buyer / Customer's name, surname, address, phone and e-mail information declared during the order are taken as basis. The Service Provider / Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4. Product and Delivery Information

  • Product Features: The main features of the products and their sales prices, including all taxes, are as advertised on www.tantijewellery.com. Advertised prices and promises are valid until an update is made. Campaign prices are valid until the end of the campaign.
  • Handmade Product Statement: Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry sold, there may be minimal texture and form differences between the products and the visuals. This is not an error but a result of the unique structure of the product.
  • Delivery: Products are delivered to the address provided during the order to the User / Buyer / Customer or the recipient within legal time limits. For products that are not in stock and need to be re-produced or custom-made, legal time limits begin after the product's production is completed, under the conditions specified in the Shipping and Delivery information.
  • Customs and Tax:

    • For shipments within Turkey: All taxes are included in the price.
    • For shipments outside Turkey: Tax amounts applicable to some countries are added to the total cart amount at the payment stage. However, in accordance with the practices of local customs authorities, additional customs clearance or warehousing fees may rarely occur beyond the amounts collected at the time of payment; Tanti Jewellery cannot be held responsible for these fees.
      • Campaigns: If there is a special campaign where customs costs are covered by us, this will be clearly stated on the payment page.
      • Return Status: For shipments not received due to unpaid customs duties and returned to Turkey; the shipping costs, customs clearance expenses, and taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund amount to be made to the Buyer.
  • Shipping Fee: Subject to the provisions of Delivery and Shipping Information  . Any exceptions will be stated in the Product Descriptions.

5. Payment and Delivery Terms

  • The Buyer / Customer accepts and undertakes to pay the total amount specified in the order form.
  • Product shipment will not be made until the order amount is fully collected via the selected payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card, etc.).
  • If payment was made by credit card, refund transactions are carried out via the relevant bank.
  • Care must be taken to ensure that the product is not damaged, defective, or incomplete during delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The User / Buyer / Customer, except for exceptions, has the right to request a return / withdrawal or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason.

7. Complaint and Resolution Mechanism

The User / Buyer / Customer agrees that in disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections will be made to the district/provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees at the domicile of the Service Provider / Seller; in cases exceeding these amounts, to the Consumer Courts where the Service Provider / Seller is located.
