Service Coverage: Silver cleaning, polishing, stone repair, and micron gold plating renewal at the desired karat are performed for a fee.

Process: For your repair request, please first contact us with a product image via info@tantijewellery.com. Our expert team will provide you with an estimated time and cost.

Approval and Payment: Once the cost and time are agreed upon, payment channels will be communicated to you.

Shipping: Please send your product to the address provided to you, including a note with your name, surname, order number, and the product's issue.

Shipping Costs: Round-trip shipping costs for repair and restoration shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
