Returns & Exchanges
At Tanti Jewellery, we aim to offer you a unique experience with our handmade designs. Below is information regarding our return and exchange processes for products you purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Process
Duration: In accordance with our Distance Sales Agreement, you have the right to return/withdraw from the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive it, without stating any reason, except for exceptions.
The product must be sent/returned within 10 (ten) days after notification within 14 (fourteen) days, otherwise, the right of withdrawal will be deemed not to have been exercised.
Damaged Cargo: The product must be checked for damage or missing parts during delivery. It is your legal responsibility to have a report filed with the cargo officer for damaged products.
Conditions: The returned product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
Documents: The product must be returned complete with its invoice, original packaging, certificate (if any), and all accessories.
Situations/Exceptions Where the Right of Return/Withdrawal Cannot Be Used:
1. Personalized Products: In accordance with Article 15/1-b of the Regulation on Distance Contracts and our Distance Sales Agreement; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the buyer's requests or personal needs (jewelry with altered size such as custom-sized rings, items with engravings, names/dates written on them, or products entirely custom-designed).
2. Hygienic products: For products such as earrings, whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons, and therefore cannot be resold, returns are not accepted.
3. Opened products: Products with opened packaging are accepted for return only if they are defective/faulty; returns for products with opened packaging that are not defective/faulty are not accepted.
4. Used products: Returns are not accepted for any used product.
5. Damaged products: Returns are not accepted for damaged products.
Process: Under the conditions and within the timeframes specified above, the User / Buyer / Customer can exercise their right of withdrawal by returning the product to our address specified below (Tanti Jewellery Workshop). The process begins when the User/Buyer notifies us via email.
Defective/faulty products can be returned using the cargo company specified by the Seller, and the shipping fee will be covered by the Seller.
For discretionary returns, the shipping fee is borne by the Buyer/Customer.
After the product reaches us and is checked, the User/Buyer is notified via email, and a refund is made within the legal timeframes.
2. Exchange Conditions
Due to the nature of our handmade products, each piece is unique and may contain minimal texture differences.
In accordance with our Distance Sales Agreement, you can request an exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, with exceptions and for unused and undamaged products. Exchanges are not made for custom-made products, except for manufacturing defects.
The product must be sent/returned within 10 (ten) days after notification within 14 (fourteen) days, otherwise, the right of exchange will be deemed not to have been exercised.

Process: Under the conditions and within the timeframes specified above, the User / Buyer / Customer can exercise their right to exchange by sending the product to our address specified below (Tanti Jewellery Workshop). The User/Buyer's notification via email initiates the process.
Defective/faulty products can be sent using the cargo company specified by the Seller, and the shipping fee will be covered by the Seller. In this case, the product will be exchanged for an identical one.
For discretionary exchange requests, the shipping fee is borne by the Buyer/Customer.
After the product reaches us and is checked, the User/Buyer is notified via email, and exchanges are only made for products of the same quality/suitable for exchange.
3. Shipping and Refund
Shipping Fee: For returns made within the scope of the right of exchange/return/withdrawal, defective/faulty goods are sent using the cargo company specified by the Seller, and the shipping fee is borne by the Seller. In all other cases, the shipping fee is borne by the Buyer.
Refund: After the returned product reaches us and is checked, the order amount will be refunded according to your payment method (credit card or bank transfer) within bank procedures.
