Terms of service

1. General Provisions

  • This website ("Site") is operated by CNGO LLC – Tanti Jewellery. By using, visiting or benefiting from the services of the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use in advance.
  • When using the Site, you are required to act in compliance with applicable laws, public morality and public order.

2. Definitions

Service Provider, Seller: "Tanti Jewellery"

User: "Visitor" accessing the Site, "Member/Subscriber" who registers, or "Buyer/Customer" who makes a purchase

Products: Handmade silver jewellery offered for sale through the Site, all physical and digital products and content, and all types of services.

3. Intellectual Property and Site Use

  • All designs, logos, texts, graphics, jewellery forms and software code on the Site are the exclusive property of Tanti Jewellery.
  • Copying, reproducing, modifying or using all or part of the Site's content without permission for commercial purposes (resale, competitor analysis, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • User Content: While the intellectual property of the reviews and photographs you submit to the Site remains with you, Tanti Jewellery reserves the right to use this content on promotional and marketing channels.

4. Membership, Account and Security

  • You may register as a member of the Site; it is mandatory to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. The accuracy of information provided during registration is the responsibility of the User.
  • The User is personally responsible for the security of account information and password/passphrase, and for all transactions carried out through the account. In the event of suspected unauthorised use, the Service Provider/Seller must be informed immediately.

5. Order – Sales Conditions, Product Specifications and Payment

  • Orders: They are subject to the provisions of the Preliminary Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement and Subscription (Membership) Agreement on the Site.
  • Handmade Product Disclaimer: Products are as pictured in the product descriptions and are of the dimensions and quality specified in the descriptions. However, due to the handmade nature of the products, there may be minimal texture, form and colour variations from the images. This is not an error but a result of the product's unique nature.
  • Payment Transactions: They are carried out through secure payment systems with international validity.
  • Customs and Tax:
    • For shipments within Turkey: All taxes are included in the price.
    • For shipments outside Turkey: Tax amounts applicable to certain countries are added to the cart total at the payment stage. However, in line with the practices of local customs authorities, additional customs clearance or storage fees may rarely arise beyond the amounts collected at the time of payment; Tanti Jewellery cannot be held responsible for such fees.
      • Promotions: If a special promotion is available where customs costs are covered by us, this will be clearly indicated on the payment page.
      • Return Case: For shipments not collected due to non-payment of customs duties and returned to Turkey, the resulting shipping costs, customs clearance expenses and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount due to the Buyer.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Tanti Jewellery cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Site or technical failures. Temporary inability to use the Site due to technical reasons is considered outside the Seller's liability.
  • The User is responsible for ensuring virus protection and software security on their own device.

9. Entry into Force and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Use enter into force at the moment of accessing the Site.
  • Service Provider / Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend/update the Terms of Use; changes take effect at the moment they are uploaded to the Site.
  • User / Buyer / Customer agrees to submit their complaints and objections arising from disputes under the Terms of Use to the, District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees at the location of the Service Provider / Seller's registered address; and in cases exceeding the jurisdiction threshold, to the Consumer Courts at the location of the Service Provider / Seller's location.
