Shipping & Delivery
Your orders are prepared at our atelier in Istanbul and shipped from there.
Order Preparation:
- Orders for items in stock are prepared within 3–7 business days from payment confirmation;
- Orders for out-of-stock items are prepared within 7–14 business days.
- For urgent cases, please contact us to expedite the process.
Packaging:
Items are packaged appropriately in bubble envelopes or boxes depending on their nature and size.
Packaging and storage required for presentation is included in the price.
Delivery Time:
Within Turkey: May vary between 2–7 business days depending on the selected courier.
Outside Turkey: Estimated times are as listed below. As our products fall under the jewellery (precious metal/stone) category, customs inspection may occasionally add +1 or +2 business days in some countries. Delivery is generally not made on weekends and public holidays depending on your country.

Shipping Fee & Method:
For shipments within Turkey:
- Shipping fee is borne by the Recipient/Customer and is displayed at checkout.
- Shipping may be free (covered by the Seller) as part of our campaigns. This information is stated in the Product Descriptions and displayed at checkout.
For international shipments:
- Shipping fee is borne by the Recipient/Customer and is displayed at checkout. The Recipient/Customer may choose between Express and Standard Shipping.

Shipping Security:
Orders are shipped via reliable courier companies; a signature from the recipient is obtained upon delivery.
Delivery Address & Responsibility:
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Recipient/Customer at the time of order. Tanti Jewellery is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.
Damaged or Incomplete Delivery:
If damage or shortage is noticed in the product packaging upon delivery, do not accept the delivery and have the courier draw up a report. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery in full and undamaged condition.
In case of a damaged or incomplete product after delivery, you must contact our customer service. Following review, an exchange or return will be processed.
Tracking:
- All orders are notified to the Recipient/Customer via email or SMS along with a tracking number.
- If you experience any issues with delivery, you can get support via our website or through customer service.
Customs & Taxes:
- For shipments within Turkey: All taxes are included in the price.

For international shipments: Applicable tax amounts for certain countries are added to the cart total at checkout. However, in line with local customs authority practices, additional customs clearance or warehousing fees may occasionally arise beyond those collected at the time of payment; Tanti Jewellery cannot be held responsible for such charges.
- Campaigns: If there is a special campaign where customs costs are covered by us, this will be clearly stated on the checkout page.
- Return Case: For shipments not accepted due to unpaid customs duties that are returned to Turkey; resulting shipping costs, customs clearance expenses and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount to the Recipient.
