Preliminary Information

1. This form, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, sets out the rights and obligations between Tanti Jewellery (Seller / Service Provider) and the User / Buyer / Customer purchasing a product/service through the website.

The Buyer, by confirming the order, accepts that they are under total payment obligation including the order amount, delivery fee, and taxes.

User / Buyer / Customer's name, surname, address, phone, and email information declared during the order shall be taken as basis. The Service Provider / Seller cannot be held responsible for delays arising from incorrect information.

4. Product & Delivery Information

  • Product Features: The basic features and sales prices of products (inclusive of all taxes) are as announced at www.tantijewellery.com. Announced prices and offers are valid until updated. Campaign prices are valid until the end of the campaign.
  • Handmade Product Declaration: Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery sold, there may be minimal differences in texture and form between the products and the images. This is not a defect but a result of the product's unique character.
  • Delivery: Products are delivered to the User / Buyer / Customer or recipient at the address provided in the order within the legal time periods. For products that are out of stock and will be reproduced or fully customized, legal time periods begin after production is completed, under the conditions stated in the Shipping & Delivery information.

  • Customs & Taxes:

    • For shipments within Turkey: All taxes are included in the price.
    • For international shipments: Applicable tax amounts for certain countries are added to the cart total at checkout. However, in line with local customs authority practices, additional customs clearance or warehousing fees may occasionally arise beyond those collected at the time of payment; Tanti Jewellery cannot be held responsible for such charges.
      • Campaigns: If there is a special campaign where customs costs are covered by us, this will be clearly stated on the checkout page.
      • Return Case: For shipments not accepted due to unpaid customs duties that are returned to Turkey; resulting shipping costs, customs clearance expenses and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount to the Buyer.
  • Shipping Fee: Subject to the provisions of Shipping & Delivery Information . Any exceptions are stated in the Product Descriptions.

5. Payment & Delivery Terms

  • Buyer / Customer accepts and undertakes to pay the total amount specified in the order form.
  • The product will not be shipped until the order amount is fully collected via the selected payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card, etc.).
  • If payment was made by credit card, refund transactions are processed through the relevant bank.
  • Care must be taken to ensure the product is not damaged, defective, or incomplete upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

User / Buyer / Customer, except where exceptions apply, has the right to request return / withdrawal or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

7. Complaints & Resolution Mechanism

User / Buyer / Customer agrees to submit complaints and objections arising from this agreement to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees at the location of the Service Provider / Seller's registered address; and in cases exceeding their jurisdiction, to the Consumer Courts at the location of the Service Provider / Seller.
