1. General Terms

  • This website ("Site") is operated by CNGO LLC - Tanti Jewellery. By using, visiting, or benefiting from the services of the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use in advance.
  • When using the Site, you are required to act in accordance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and public order.

2. Definitions

Service Provider, Seller: "Tanti Jewellery"

User: The "Visitor" accessing the Site, the "Member/Subscriber" who registers, or the "Buyer/Customer" who makes a purchase

Products: Handmade silver jewellery offered for sale on the Site, all physical and digital products and content, and all types of services.

3. Intellectual Property & Site Usage

  • All designs, logos, texts, graphics, jewellery forms, and software code on the Site are the exclusive property of Tanti Jewellery.
  • Copying, reproducing, modifying, or using all or part of the Site content for commercial purposes (resale, competitor analysis, etc.) without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • User Content: While the intellectual property of reviews and photos you submit to the Site remains with you, Tanti Jewellery reserves the right to use this content in promotional and marketing channels.

4. Membership, Account & Security

  • You may register as a member on the Site; providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration is mandatory. The accuracy of the information provided during membership is the responsibility of the User.
  • The User is solely responsible for the security of account credentials and passwords, as well as all transactions carried out through the account. In the event of suspected unauthorized use, the Service Provider/Seller must be notified immediately.

5. Order & Sales Conditions, Product Features & Payment

  • Orders: Subject to the provisions of the Preliminary Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, and Subscription (Membership) Agreement available on the Site.
  • Handmade Product Declaration: Products are as shown in the images in the product descriptions, and in the dimensions and specifications stated therein. However, due to the handmade nature of the products, minimal differences in texture, form, and color from the images may occur. This is not a defect but a result of the product's unique character.
  • Payment Transactions: Processed through secure payment infrastructures with international validity.
  • Customs & Taxes:
    • For shipments within Turkey: All taxes are included in the price.
    • For international shipments: Applicable tax amounts for certain countries are added to the cart total at checkout. However, in line with local customs authority practices, additional customs clearance or warehousing fees may occasionally arise beyond those collected at the time of payment; Tanti Jewellery cannot be held responsible for such charges.
      • Campaigns: If there is a special campaign where customs costs are covered by us, this will be clearly stated on the checkout page.
      • Return Case: For shipments not accepted due to unpaid customs duties that are returned to Turkey; resulting shipping costs, customs clearance expenses and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount to the Buyer.

  • Tanti Jewellery cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Site or technical failures. Temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical reasons is considered outside the Seller's liability.
  • The User is responsible for ensuring virus protection and software security on their own device.

9. Validity & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Use take effect at the moment of access to the Site.
  • The Service Provider / Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend/update the Terms of Use; changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
  • User / Buyer / Customer, Terms of Use agrees to submit complaints and objections arising from the Terms of Use to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees at the location of the Service Provider / Seller's registered address; and in cases exceeding their jurisdiction, to the Consumer Courts at the location of the Service Provider / Seller.
